Coming in first was the 2014 Chevrolet Spark EV. Doing 0 to 60 in 7.9 seconds would lead you to believe that the Spark would guzzle energy, but it still came in with a range of 64 miles. With an enthusiastic response from both the gas and brake pedals mixed with superior steering and roll control, testers noted this model as the most fun to drive. Pair all of this with plenty of information displayed on the instrument panel and a chic interior.

Looks like GM can make a good product if/when they put their mind to it.

What happens to GM?

Will they continue and turn inti a quality car maker?

They sure turned off a lot of us. Last GM car I bought was in 2001.
When it started to fall apart I switched brands. I did get a lot of
years from my '91 Regal but that did need the AC repaired by the dealer
four times (under warranty) He finally did what I told him to do and
then it worked for a half dozen years.

Since then, a couple more mediocre Buicks with many repairs and now I'm
on my third Sonata. Total of 165,000 miles and one minor repair.

Same with me. My last GM was a Pontiac Grand AM.
Repairs cost me an average of $100 per week for over 10 years.
I will never buy another GM.
My 06 Kia Spectra has not needed any repairs so far.
